What we collect
When you send an enquiry ("Ask about this place"): your name, the contact you provide (email/phone/messenger), your optional message, and a record of your consent. If you register as an agent: your email address. Technically: a currency preference stored in your own browser, and standard server logs where your IP is stored only as a salted hash, never in the clear.
Why we use it (legal basis)
To do the one thing you asked us to do: pass your enquiry to the owner or agent of that specific listing so they can reply, and to run and secure the service. Sharing your contact with an agent happens only on the basis of the explicit consent you give with the enquiry form (§9 PDPL).
Who we share it with
Your enquiry contact is shared only with the owner or agent of the listing you asked about, and only because you ticked the consent box. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising. Email is delivered through Cloudflare’s email service on our behalf.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 18 months and then deleted. Consent records are kept as legal proof of what you agreed to and when, with your contact stored only as a masked label and a salted hash — enough to honour a deletion request, not to re-identify you casually.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct, or delete your data, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Write to privacy@dai-nam.com and we will act on it. Withdrawing consent stops future sharing; it does not undo a message an agent already received.
Listings, photos, and cookies
Listing text and photos come from public sources; we link back to the original and cache images with attribution, and we remove anything on a valid takedown request. We use only essential cookies plus a local currency preference — no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies at this time. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.
